We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic nursery in the Harrow / Rayners Lane area for a dedicated and enthusiastic Third in Charge to join their leadership team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced senior practitioner or room leader ready to take the next step in their early years career.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Manager and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Help lead and motivate the staff team to deliver high-quality childcare
• Ensure the EYFS framework is followed and safeguarding standards are upheld
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment

💼 Role Details:
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday

💰 Salary: £33,000 per year
