Are you a hands on technician with a keen eye for detail? Do you want to play a key role in testing innovative construction products.
We’re working with a highly respected organisation with over 60 years of expertise in the construction industry. They are now looking for a Test Technician to join their established testing team.
About the Role
As a Test Technician, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and carrying out tests on a variety of construction products and systems. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, clients, and other technicians to ensure tests are delivered accurately, safely, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct tests on construction products and systems
- Provide accurate time and cost information for projects
- Liaise with clients to agree schedules and ensure smooth project delivery
- Prepare, monitor, and test specimens to meet client requirements
- Produce and collate test reports for approval
- Ensure all testing is carried out in line with health, safety, and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a technical/testing role, ideally within construction or engineering (but full training will be provided)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan ahead and manage multiple priorities
- A proactive problem-solver who can think laterally to overcome challenges
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and technical integrity
