Senior / Associate Corporate Commercial Solicitor  |  5 PQE+ OR Junior Partner 9yrs experience

Our client seeks an experienced Senior Solicitor or Junior Partner to join their Corporate & Commercial Team in Northampton.

The Company’s growing team works with local, regional and national clients; supporting them with all aspects of their business. They seek and individual with a broad understanding of the commercial and legal needs of corporate clients and experience in advising on: corporate structures; acquisition and growth strategies; succession planning; mergers and joint ventures; restructures and demergers; commercial contracts; and corporate governance. The successful applicant will have entrepreneurial instincts and spirit and be used to collaborating closely with colleagues across a range of disciplines, clients and other firms and advisers plus be well connected professionally and adept at networking and driving business development.

 

Responsibilities:

You will be advising on the following:

  • Mergers, Acquisitions & Disposals
  • Succession Planning
  • Employee Share Schemes including EMIs, EBTs and EOTs
  • Restructuring and Demergers
  • Finance Documents
  • Governance Documents including Shareholders Agreements, Articles of Association and Partnership Agreements
  • Commercial Contracts
  • Franchising
  • …drafting, advising, negotiating, dealmaking…

Salary £60k for Senior  |  Salary £75/80 for junior partner
