Our Client is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join their team!

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by achieving results.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries while proactively generating outbound opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on leads.
  • Provide day-to-day support to external sales representatives.
  • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate client information.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident telephone manner.
  • Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
  • Confident using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.

 

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred.
  • Experience in a B2B environment would be an advantage.

Salary £27,000 – £30,000 Depending on experience. Plus performance-based incentives/commission.

Office based – 40 hours per week. Driving licence required.
