Sales Co-ordinator  |  to £38,000  |  Hybrid

 

Summary

A hands-on role in this friendly, family orientated team combining organisational skills with customer engagement and playing a key role in shaping how the company connects with potential customers to bring new clients on board.  This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, following through on tasks and being a proactive partner in a small team.  You’ll receive in-depth training on the organisation’s specialist software so you can confidently support and guide prospects.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Tracking and updating our CRM with leads, opportunities, and follow-up actions
• First response for sales calls and emails
• Preparing proposals, quotes, and tailored customer communications
• Scheduling and coordinating demos, trials, and onboarding sessions
• Support with marketing campaigns across email, social media, and events
• Assisting with product demonstrations
• Working closely with the Sales Manager to ensure opportunities and marketing initiatives progress smoothly and on schedule
• Leading discovery sessions to ensure full understanding of customer requirements and priorities

• Persistent in following up and keeping opportunities moving
• Tech-confident and ready to learn a complex software product
• Advanced customer service skills, able to understand and respond to customer needs
• Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team

 

Salary – £30,000 to £38,000 depending on experience.
Hybrid working – homeworking 3 days per week and in the office (set in a beautiful parkland site with great facilities) on Tuesday and Wednesday.
