Job Description
A leading childcare provider is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for Level 2 and Level 3 qualified professionals who are passionate about early years education and committed to delivering high-quality childcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, secure and stimulating environment for all children
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
- Observe, assess and record children’s development and progress
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming setting
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Assist children with personal care routines when required
- Ensure safeguarding and child welfare procedures are followed at all times

Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare (or equivalent)
- Previous experience within an early years or nursery setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication skills

- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 30–40 hours per week
- Term-time opportunities available
- Face-to-face interview followed by a trial session for successful applicants
