Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines efficiently and accurately
• Load materials and ensure production runs smoothly
• Monitor machining processes and carry out quality checks to meet high standards
• Collaborate with the team to support ongoing projects and continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot and optimize CNC programs to improve efficiency and quality

 

About You:

• You bring a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar CNC setting and programming role
• Ideally experienced with WinMax and Siemens systems
• Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a team
• Looking for a long-term role in a supportive, growing company
