Air Conditioning Planned Maintenance Engineer

Location: Greater London / M25 Area
Salary: £35,000 – £44,000 + overtime + benefits

Our client is a specialist HVAC company delivering high-quality air conditioning and refrigeration services to commercial customers across London and the surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Planned Maintenance Engineer to join their team.

This is a mobile role covering London and the Home Counties, carrying out planned maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on a range of commercial HVAC systems.

The Role:

• Planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and repairs
• Fault finding on commercial air conditioning systems
• Working on VRV/VRF, split systems, ventilation, and fan coil units
• Occasional refrigeration and heat pump work (desirable)
• Participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota

The Ideal Candidate:

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• Valid F-Gas qualification
• Strong experience maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC systems
• Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
• IPAF, PASMA, and Skillcard desirable

Package:

• Salary £35,000 – £44,000 depending on experience
