Successfully onboarding new employees is essential for any thriving business. But what should be your top priority during this process?

In our August poll on LinkedIn, we asked that very question to our followers: What’s your top priority when onboarding new employees?

Once again, we had an excellent response for our monthly poll and our respondents top answer was ‘Rapid Integration into Teams’ taking 60% of the votes. ‘Clear Communication of Expectations’ came in second place with 30% and ‘Comprehensive Training’ made up the remaining 10% of the votes.
