The Mechanical Assembler/Fitter is required to work on various types of assembly and fitting to a high standard. Main duties include
:

Mechanical motor fitting

Building air pneumatics
Building and fitting bearing housings

Read and understand engineering drawings
Maintain good housekeeping/good order, motivation and discipline while working in the factory or on site
Uphold Health & Safety
Risk assessments/Method statements

You will be required to work overtime paid at time and a half



The skills/qualifications required for Mechanical Assembler/Fitter


Experience in a similar role

Be proficient with the use of various hand tools and mechanical equipment
Have significant experience of building special purpose machinery
Qualification in Engineering would be advantageous

Flexible attitude to work as you will be required to work overtime

Half day on a Friday

You will work Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week, plus overtime.
